Reverse Osmosis membrane manual flush valve for RO systems equipped with Aquatec ERP-500 or ERP-1000 permeate pump.
Includes:
- Two (2) 1/4" push to connect flow dividers
- 1/4" push to connect ball valve
- Two (2) 1/4" push to connect x 1/4" stem elbows
- Axeon capillary flow restrictor or TDC inline flow restrictor sized for your RO membrane.
- 1/4" Mur-Lok LLDPE food grade tubing.
- Available without a flow restrictor, should you chose to use your own.
- Color coded for ease of installation.

Flush Valve Sizing:
- 18 GPD - 189 cc/min capillary insert
- 25 GPD - 263 cc/min capillary insert
- 35 GPD - 368 cc/min capillary insert
- 50 GPD - 525 cc/min capillary insert (550 cc/min inline)
- 75 GPD - 730 cc/min capillary insert (800 cc/min inline)
- 100 GPD - 1000 cc/min capillary insert (1000 cc/min inline)
- 150 GPD - 1577 cc/min capillary insert (1200 cc/min inline)
To extend membrane life and improve membrane performance, flush the membrane for 30-60 seconds at least 1x per week. For saltwater and reef aquarium RO units, flush the membrane for 30-60 seconds before each use, to extend the life of DI filters.
